According to a Zillow search in June 2023, there were 163 listings for luxury properties in Tempe. 82 were single-family homes, 19 were townhomes, and six were condos. Together, these account for 107 of the listings, all of which were listed for sale by a real estate agent. The highest priced listing was $1.875M for a 5137 sq ft SFH built in 1994 on 7/10th acre in the prestigious Circle G Ranches. Property features include an equestrian arena and trails, tree-lined streets, and a gorgeous luxury interior.
The most expensive condo was $879K for a 3-bed/3-bath, 1961 sq ft unit built in 2008 in the exclusive North Shore development. It’s one of 10 lakefront properties and has a built-in BBQ, resort-style pool, and massive wrap-around patio. The monthly HOA is $640 and includes two parking spots and additional storage lockers. The most expensive townhome was $784K for a 3-bed/4-ba, 2486 sq ft unit built in 2006 on a 2528 sq ft landscaped lot. It features a front patio, a large den, and a private laundry room with deluxe interior flooring and countertops.
